About James Hart CAS

As an addiction counselor specializing in nature-based and equine therapy, I am dedicated to guiding individuals towards lasting transformations. Many seek my support while grappling with stress, life changes, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and / or addictive behaviors including substance use. You may feel isolated and are yearning for guidance and assistance. My goal is to collaboratively identify your unique objectives and chart a course towards increased flexibility, resilience, serenity, and embodied self-acceptance. Together we will change.

Experienced

Leveraging a diverse background encompassing experiential and equine-assisted therapies, as well as applied neuroscience, DBT, CBT and trauma-informed care, I adopt a holistic approach in our sessions. By merging my expertise with your inherent strengths, capabilities, and intuition, we establish a tailored framework to navigate our therapeutic journey together. Each client's experience is thus distinct and customized to address individual needs and aspirations, ensuring you feel understood and supported throughout our work.

Compassionate

Understanding the significance of finding the right therapist, I endeavor to cultivate a warm and nurturing environment where you can freely explore your concerns. Whether you seek clarity or desire to arrange a consultation, I invite you to connect with me. I provide the flexibility of in-person or online sessions, accommodating your preferences and accessibility requirements.
